At J. J. Keller, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end, we provide a return policy for any authorized seller if you purchased from J. J. Keller. Additional terms below apply.
You may request a return of a VideoProtects Camera within 30 days of shipment if the product is returned in its unopened, original packaging. If you believe you have a warranty claim, see Limited Warranty.
To request a return for eligible products, please call one of our experts at 1-877-546-2333 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, ship your VideoProtects product(s), a proof of purchase, and your RMA number to:

You are responsible for costs incurred to ship your product to J. J. Keller or the location specified by J. J. Keller, restocking fees, and proof of purchase. Please allow 30 days for processing of your claim. A credit will be applied to your account.
